- E. Taylor Robertson, EVP & General Counsel – Mr. Robertson is responsible for administrative functions, including accounting, legal, contracts and risk management.
Prior to joining the Company in 2007, Robertson was a staff attorney with International Business Machines Corporation, where he advised sales teams and negotiated agreements between IBM and its customers for the purchase of hardware, software and services.
Prior to that, he was an associate in Thompson & Knight LLP’s Corporate and Securities Section, where he focused on private equity financings, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and other general corporate formations and restructuring.
Robertson is a member of the State Bar of Texas and earned his J.D. from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, where he graduated Order of the Coif and was an Erik Vincent Anderson scholarship recipient. Mr. Robertson has served as a Senatorial intern in the Washington, D.C. office of Senator Mary Landrieu, and graduated summa cum laude from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in international trade and finance.
